Refund Policy

We strive for complete customer satisfaction. However, refunds are governed by the following terms:

Full Refunds

  • Granted only if we are unable to start or deliver the service within the agreed timeline due to our fault.
  • If the client cancels the order within 24 hours before any work has begun.

Partial Refunds

  • May be offered if the client is unsatisfied and we cannot resolve the issue through revisions.
  • The refund amount depends on the progress of work completed at the time of the request.

Non-Refundable Cases

  • Services already delivered or approved by the client.
  • If the client fails to provide necessary information or respond to communications.
  • Change of mind after work has started.

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
